With only the name of the dog to find where/how/when and whatnots of his life so far?

Valant is tatooed and the only info I have is that he`s from St-Antoine QC,Canada and the name of his aledge previous owner which the SPCA told me was breeding him.

Cant take the breeding mention for granted as the papers says "too many dogs" (could be a private illegal breeder).

But since he has a tatoo,what does that mean?

tattoo usually means he is registered at least.

if the SPCA says there was too many dogs, usually means that they are either hoarding dogs, breeding dogs or the person had 2 dogs and couldnt handle it so he gave one up. it all depends on the situation, if you have questions you could ask the SPCA for clarification. but chances are they gave you as much info as they could from what they were given. (just from doing some work there that is what i picked up)
